I am an essay writing specialist
Writing is a creative process and there is no single correct way to write an essay, something many schools have forgotten. I will help you find your own method and with success you’ll grow in ability and confidence, both of which you will take to university.
How do I help?
I’m not a science or history teacher, I am an essay writing specialist.
I am a qualified IB Trainer for the Extend Essay, I am the person that trains teachers how to support essay writing. I know the techniques that earn higher grades in any writing project, no matter the subject.
You might be struggling to take the first steps with a Research Question, or maybe you’re stuck on the final Conclusion to a 4000-word behemoth that you’ve written – there are specific techniques for all of these problems, whatever your current ability level. Every student can do more than pass, you should walk away proud of the work that you have created.
Will you get me a higher grade?
No, but you will.
I don’t work like other tutors.
I read through your writing and find its strength & weaknesses, then I teach you the techniques that work best with your particular talents and you gain the ability to resolve your own writing problems. I support you while you become a better writer.
You will get a higher grade, but you will own it. Your achievement will be because of your own skill. Higher grades don’t help you at university, knowledge & skills do.
Fee - 1000 aed per session
Once you have made an appointment, I will read your work and provide notes so that we don’t waste time in our session. Then we meet on zoom to discuss where you want to take your work and how we can get you there. Afterwards, we follow up on email to review your changes.
Who am I?
I’m a Librarian with 20 years’ experience successfully guiding students through extended writing projects. I am a reading, writing & research expert, and I specialize in saving students who have been trapped by plagiarism or AI misuse. In 2020 I was given the UAE Librarian of the Year Award by the Emirates Literature Foundation. I am 100% nerd and I’m ready to put my secret nerd powers to work for you.
