This workshop is an extension of my talk at the 2024 Dubai International Library Conference. It condenses decades of research into 3 key discoveries, and then teaches how you can use that knowledge in a practical way in order to:
- Motivate students to read more, and be more daring with their reading
- Identify students who struggle to read, and give valuable assistance in the short time that they are in your library
- Develop stronger relationships with teachers and parents
